DILA; my friend, asked me to make a birthday cake for her daughter, MAIRA on her 3rd birthday. She wanted chocolate cake with cream cheese. For its decoration, it's all up to me.So... I decided to make a chocolate cake with white cream cheese for its filling and covered with buttercream. She told me that she and her family liked chocolate cake such as Black Forest but needed some different chocolate cake. I gave her advice that how about if she tried white chocolate cake and she finally agreed with my suggestion. At the and, I made her White Chocolate Cake with White Cream Cheese filling and full covered with white chocolate. When she tried to eat, she said : This cake is soooo delicious, I do like it coz its flavour very unique; the combination between white chocolate and cream cheese..."

This cake ordered by my friend;Silvy for her son on his 4th Birthday. I made from "Brownies Kukus Coklat" for based cake with full fondant figurine and 2 pieces of imitation toy. Her son asked that he liked Transformer, Ultraman or Spiderman.
