Adikku; Sisya, minta dibuatkan kue ulang tahunnya yang ke 33. Request-nya sih, kue apa saja yang penting enak. Senagai kakak yang baik (cieee...), saya buatkan Brownies Coklat Kukus yang aku beri filling + coatingnya pakai Coklat Ganache dan nougat buat pinggirannya. Alhasil....enaaakkk bgt (sempet kebagian juga sih meski cuma sepotong hehehe..). Happy Birthday, My Sister & wiss all he best for you.

Mbak Dewi pesan kue untuk ulang tahun kakaknya yg ke 47;Mbak Iko. Mintanya cake yang pakai buah segar 4 macam dengan filling vanila cream + peanut nougat buat pinggirnya. Aku antar sendiri ke rumah Mbak Iko dan alhamdulilah, responnya bagus krn Mbak Iko suka dgn kuenya yg enak dan tidak terlalu manis..Seneng deh..

Nasi Tumpeng Ultah buat Sherrly
Tetanggaku pesan Nasi Tumpeng utk merayakan ultah putrinya yg ke 7. Isinya simple saja : Ayam goreng mentega, Mie goreng, Tahu bacem, Kering tempe, Urap sayuran, Telur dadar dan Sosis goreng. Dekorasinya dibuat dari ati ayam yg dibentuk seperti bebek dan bunga2 dari sayur2an.

Tetanggaku pesan kue untuk ulang tahun keponakannya; YOGI, yang akan berumur 7 tahun. Minta temanya untuk anak laki - laki. AKhirnya aku buatkan "Superman" krn pastinya anak laki suka sama karakter tersebut. Kuenya aku buatkan Simple Chocolate Cake dgn filling Buttercream biasa.

Mocca Nougat Cake

Mocca Nougat Cake
This cake was ordered by a supplier of my company. She doesn't like any chocolate cake or cheese cake but mocca & coffee flavoured cake. Finally, I gave her a choice to choose one of my creation : Mocca Nougat Cake and she agreed. Well, at the end she commented that my cake was really really delicious and its cake very soft coz I made a butter cake as its based cake with peanut creamy cream for filling & cover.
